Pavilion by the Marsh
A personalized, single-storied house project, designed with the idea of ‘slow-living’.
Situated beside a lush marsh forest, every space in the house opens up to serene green views, where architecture steps back to become a ‘quiet
frame’ for nature, and everyday life unfolds in constant dialogue with the
marsh beyond.
This house features four bedrooms, each with its own private courtyard which offers a calm, nature-infused living experience that feels grounded and refined.

The design evolves from the idea of a pavilion rather than a conventional house. A single, open structure is oriented to fully engage with the marsh, allowing daily and seasonal changes in light, weather, and landscape to become part of the living experience. The main living space is planned as an open, continuous pavilion where living, dining, cooking, and verandah areas flow together, dissolving boundaries between indoors and outdoors.
