Designed for a contemporary family prioritising comfort and ease, this single-storey home brings together three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan living–dining area, a pantry, a dedicated home office, a wet kitchen, and separate maid’s quarters.

A natural material palette is used throughout the house. All spaces are designed to receive ample daylight and natural ventilation. The use of timber, stone, brick, and cement adds warmth and texture, while the open-plan configuration provides a generous sense of space without the maintenance demands of multiple floors.
