A passionate Young Architect who believes in a research based collaborative design process; enriched with holistic & multi-disciplinary ideas. Analytical approach with a strong sense of Design Principles; formulated upon social, economic, and contextual parameters has made his designs to be more practical and functional. 

Kithmina is a graduate of University of Moratuwa with an excellent academic portfolio and professionally qualified from Sri Lanka Institute of Architects to become a Chartered Architect. Having worked in projects of different scales and disciplines as a Project Architect, he has gained industry exposure locally and internationally before starting his independent practice. 

Kithmina now leads his own Architectural Practice providing Architectural Consultancy for multi-disciplinary projects. Further he works as a Lecturer for the University of Moratuwa.

The design studio of Architect Kithmina; focused on providing ‘Tailer Made’ Design Solutions & Consultancy Services in Architectural Design and Construction projects. 

The Studio which originated as a single desk – home office in 2017, has now grown up to a collective group of young enthusiastic allied professionals including Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Green Consultants etc; led by Architect Kithmina.
